![]() What most people don't realize or focus on enough is the PSYCHOLOGY OF FITNESS. Most people know that it's important to focus on training and nutrition in order to get fit. If your journey doesn't fit your current lifestyle you will end up losing in the long runįitness should work around your current lifestyle, not the other way around. In fact, you shouldn't have to change a thing in terms of how you want your life to look, when you want to eat, and what you want to eat. You also shouldn't have to forego eating out with friends and enjoying your life because you are "trying to get fit". You shouldn't have to completely change the types of foods that you eat, you shouldn't have to adjust your life to make sure you can "eat in a certain window". Whether it's your nutrition or your workouts it must fit around your lifestyle. One of the most important components to fitness success is making sure everything is lifestyle friendly. Now there are certain rules you must follow within that, but there is nothing you can't eat. Fitness hero logo how to#I teach you how to eat WHATEVER you want and still achieve fat loss. What my clients love most about working with me is I do ZERO food restrictions. Like many of my clients, I tried everything - keto, intermittent fasting, low carb diets, the newest workouts from men's fitness magazine, the latest workouts Hollywood actors use to get shredded.Īnd yet despite trying "EVERYTHING" I always had an average physique. In fact, it's the same elements that kept me from truly having the physique that I desired for so many years. ![]() Having worked with so many people I've noticed very similar patterns that keep people from truly achieving lasting results in their fitness.
